1️⃣ Direct shipping from abroad
Our products are shipped directly from our international suppliers, including suppliers in China. This means that your order may be subject to customs control and import duties upon arrival in your country.

2️⃣ No VAT included in the sales price
The prices on our website are exclusive of VAT and import duties. As the products are shipped directly from abroad, you, the customer, are considered the official importer. This means that:

• Any VAT, import duties, and customs clearance fees must be paid by you upon receipt.

• These costs depend on the customs legislation in the destination country.

• We have no control over these costs and cannot provide precise estimates.

3️⃣ Customer's responsibility
By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

• You understand that as the importer, you are responsible for paying any additional costs upon receipt.

• You will likely have to pay VAT and import duties to receive your order.

• If you refuse to pay the additional costs, the order may be returned. In this case, shipping costs and any additional costs will be deducted from the refund.

4️⃣ Return policy for refused delivery
If a delivery is refused due to non-payment of import duties or VAT:

• The package will be returned to the sender.

• Return costs will be deducted from the refund.

• Any customs costs for returning the package are also the customer's responsibility.
