Exchange & Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you always have the right to return it.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 14 days of receipt. Please enclose the completed return form and the invoice in the shipment. If the form is not correctly filled out, we cannot process the return request.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition, and tags and labels must still be attached. The product must not show any signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged due to the customer's actions.

Refunds
Once we have received the product, it will be exchanged as soon as possible, or the purchase amount will be credited to your bank account within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is processed. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is completed.

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team.

General terms and conditions

  • You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are not refunded.

  • Products such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and care products are excluded from the return policy for hygienic reasons and therefore cannot be returned or processed.

  • Our custom-made products, which are specially made for you, cannot be returned or exchanged and are not eligible for a refund.

  • Please include a tracking number with the return (at your own expense).

  • Send a photo of the tracking number via email on the day of dispatch.

  • The return form must be printed and enclosed with the shipment.

  • The product must be returned in unused condition.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • The product will be checked for damage caused by the customer. Returns of products damaged by the customer's own fault will not be processed.
